Once you have created your new account with INTASERVE, you can access it using the details provided in your web hosting welcome email. If your domain name is not officially pointing to our servers yet, use the IP address and the Username which was sent to you in your welcome email.

Example:
ftp host: yourdomain.com.au (intaserve.com) or the temporary IP address
ftp username: your cpanel username
ftp password: your cpanel password

How to upload to a website Via FTP?

1.Install the software and double click to open.


Now that you have the FTP program opened, you need to enter your ftp host(1), user name(2) and password(3) (provided when you have registered first with IntaServe) and port number (default is 21). Click connect(4).

2. You will see your website contents on the right panel (IntaServe remote tree).


At the right will be your computer contents when you are connected successfully

3. Drag contents from your computer(left panel) and put them in the IntaServe remote tree(right panel).


By default you should put your website contents in Public_html Folder in the remote tree.

Congratulations, you are done! Try visiting your website to see what you've accomplished.
